Kay Kay Menon is a popular B Town actor, who is known to work in a number of Hindi movies. He was born on 2nd October 1966 in a small village in Kerala and soon his parents moved to Mumbai, the city of dreams when he was very young. He did his schooling the popular school St. Josephs Boys’ High School based in Khadki, Pune, while for his college he returned to Mumbai to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Mumbai University. This followed his master’s program in business management (MBA) from University of Pune. During his college days he was very much popular for singing Ghazals, which attracted a number of people towards him.

After his education, he simply focused in working in an ad world, while some of his initial ad films included the Kinetic Honda and Cigarette of Marlboro ads in India, which soon followed his move towards theatres wherein he produced a couple of plays. Gradually, he headed to the TV world and finally into in Bollywood making his debut with the movie called Naseem way back in 1995. For giving a start to his career he worked TV shows such as Pradhan Mantri and TV movies like Zebra 2 and Last Train To Mahakali which was aired on the channel star plus. However, he was noticed and appreciated by all in his character oriented role in a popular movie called Hazaaron Khwaahishe Aisi by Sudhir Mishra.

Soon after this he started his career in movies. His performance as the anguished DCP Rakesh Maria in the movie Black Friday has been widely appreciated and acclaimed. He also did a very successful role in the movie Life In A Metro. He portrayed a ruthless Pakistani jailor in Deewar, he played the charming friend in Main, Meri Patni Aur Woh. Films like Corporate, Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd. even strengthened his image as a reliable actor. Let’s not forget his performance as Brigadier RP Singh in Shaurya. Kay Kay Menon has acted with a number of known directors of film industry. His versatility is considered to be his biggest asset, which he just loves to showcase it without any fear or hassle. In the year 2007 he was nominated for the best role of a villain for the movie Sarkar for playing the son of Big B’s character. Some of his recent movies include Haider and Raja Natwarlal, while his upcoming movies include Baby and Bombay Velvet. He is married to Nivedita Bhattacharya whom he had met in his struggling days.
