Katrina to Do her Debut Biopic playing PT Usha on the silver screen

Biopics are the new genre, which every filmmaker and B Town actors want to try in their careers. We now hear that Katrina Kaif is willing to do a biopic. If reports are to be believed, she is in talks for her first biopic in B Town where she would play the Indian athlete icon called PT Usha. As per reports, Revathy S Varma, the South Indian filmmaker who has given some big hits in Tamil and Malayalam films and he is gearing up for the biopic made on the iconic athlete and Olympics Champions.

He has titled the biopic as Aap Ke Liye Hum and if reports are to be believed, Katrina Kaif is in talks with the filmmaker for the biopic. Also, the other reports suggest that Priyanka Chopra was approached for the film as she has done a sports biopic called Mary Kom in 2015. However, since she is tied up with other projects, she had to reject it. Pee Cee wanted to do this biopic but due to the scarcity of dates had to deny it. This made the makers approach Katrina Kaif who is not in talks with the lady.

However, the director is yet to make anything official and the reports suggesting the meeting of Kat and Revathy have been reported by the sources close to the South Indian filmmaker. If she accepts the offer, Katrina Kaif will be doing her first biopic in her career. The film will be released in several languages and it would be interesting to see a story that inspires many young athletes to tread her path and make her country proud.
