Katrina Kaif teams up with Vijay Sethupathi and Sriram Raghavan for a new film titled, ‘Merry Christmas’

Katrina Kaif has finally let the cat out of the bag with the announcement of her film Merry Christmas, which she will star in alongside Vijay Sethupathi. On the occasion of Christmas, the stunning actress took to social media to share a photo with the Merry Christmas cast, which included Vijay, Sriram Raghavan, Ramesh Taurani, and Sanjay Routray. Katrina revealed that the film began shooting last week and that she is looking forward to working with Vijay and Sriram.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Katrina wrote, “New Beginnings. Back on set with director Sriram Raghavan’s Merry Christmas! I’ve always wanted to work with Sriram Sir , he is a master when it comes to narratives that showcase thrillers and it’s an honor to be directed by him. . Super excited to be teaming up with Vijay Sethupathi for this one produced by @rameshtaurani.”

Merry Christmas, starring Katrina Kaif and Vijay, is a thriller, and it is announced that it would be a 90-minute film with no intermission. In 2022, the film will be released near Christmas.

It was exclusively revealed by a portal a few weeks ago that Katrina will begin filming with Vijay Sethupathi after her marriage to Vicky Kaushal. The directors have already confirmed that the film will begin shooting this week. The first schedule is being extensively shot in Mumbai, according to the producers. Katrina has returned to work with the filming of this film following her royal wedding to Vicky Kaushal.

‘Merry Christmas,’ produced by Ramesh Taurani and Sanjay Routray and released by Tips Industries Ltd in partnership with Matchbox Pictures Pvt Ltd, will be released on December 23, 2022.
