Karwaan, Mulk and Fanney khan first weekend box office collection

kawaan and mulk

Last Friday was the busy one as we had a number of movies – Karwaan, Mulk and Fanney Khan and has the busy one. The week for these films have been reasonably eventful as it is perhaps among the first time ever since one can find that the three films are seen clashing on a Friday and every one of them seen in the vicinity area of 10 crore. Ironically, the biggest of the film seemed to have the lowest collections while the other two small budget movies managed to hang on at least. Now, let’s talk how films have performed over the box office. Let’s start with the film Fanney Khan and then check the two.
The film Fanney Khan has failed miserably along at the box office collection with the double digit score. The box office collection has earned around 9.85 crore at the box office in the first year. The Anil Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer movie has earned the lower collection at the box office. For Aishwarya Rai Bachchan again it a debacle like her previous movies like Jazbaa and Sarabjit, which is nothing but a complete reject, thanks to her overacting. Now, the other film Mulk, it seemed okay and had a stable collection yet it was at the lower side, but certainly better than Fanney Khan.
As per reports, the film Mulk’s first week box office was around 12.50 crore but this week with the advent of Vishwaroop 2, it will suffer this week. One can now expect the film to collect around 3 crore at this week. Now, as we check the other film, we have Karwaan that remained a mid budget movie but the way it has performed has pleased the audience. As per reports, the film has managed to gain around 13 crore at the box office and one can expect the film to collect 20 crore the max at the box office as its lifetime collection. Now, the next week coming along with Gold and Satyameva Jayate appearing on this Wednesday, we can expect these film to come down.
