Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has officially kicked off the shooting schedule for director Shimit Amin’s upcoming film, Captain India, in London. The actor shared an update with his followers on social media, offering a glimpse into his journey as he travels abroad to begin filming the anticipated project.
Kartik posted a travel photo on his official social media handle showing him holding the bound shooting script of Captain India, which clearly displays director Shimit Amin’s name on the cover page. Captioning the image with flight location codes, “VABB to EGLL ✈️ #CaptainIndia 🇮🇳”, he signaled his departure from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport to London Heathrow Airport.
The social media update also showed a glimpse of his injured leg. The actor recently underwent knee surgery after sustaining an injury while executing a demanding action sequence for his upcoming sports drama directed by Kabir Khan. Following the surgical procedure, medical professionals advised Kartik to take adequate rest to allow his leg time to recover fully before resuming heavy physical activity and filming schedules.
