According to a report by Mid-Day, Kartik has been actively searching for properties with the help of veteran producer Anand Pandit. A source revealed, “For the past week, Pandit has been assisting Kartik in finding two properties—a high-end residential apartment and a commercial space exceeding 2,000 square feet.” This marks a significant addition to his already impressive property portfolio.

Existing Properties in Kartik’s Portfolio

Kartik Aaryan already owns multiple properties throughout Mumbai, further establishing his presence in both Bollywood and the real estate market. Notably, he possesses two opulent apartments in Juhu, each valued at over Rs 17.5 crore. One of these apartments is currently leased for an impressive Rs 4.5 lakh per month. In addition to his residential properties, Kartik holds a 2,000-square-foot office space in Veera Desai, an area popular among celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn. This office space is also rented out. Moreover, he owns an apartment in Versova, which holds sentimental value as it is located in the same neighborhood where he lived as a paying guest during the early days of his career.
