Jaya Bachchan yet again yelled at fans who tried to take selfies with Abhishek Bachchan

Jaya Bachchan always heated paparazzi following her around and photographing her. The veteran actor is also fairly forthright about things she dislikes. As a result, she has been caught on camera criticising or lashing out at people who did not follow her rules on multiple occasions. In another recent incident, the actress chastised some fans for attempting to photograph her son Abhishek Bachchan.

On Wednesday, Jaya and Abhishek travelled to Bhopal to take part in the Durga Puja celebrations at the Kali Bari temple. When the mother-son combo arrived at the venue, excited fans mobbed them with cell phones, attempting to take photos with them.

While Jr Bachchan accommodated some of them, mother Bachchan yelled angrily at them to leave.“Kya kar rahe hai thoda toh lihaaj kijiye. Maayke Nahi Aayengi Woh Fir Kabhi!(What are you doing? Please have some respect! Else she won’t come back to her hometown).”

Notably, Jaya Bachchan is a Bhopal native. Jaya Bachchan is wearing a green suit in the viral video, while Abhishek is wearing a red sweatshirt.

Meanwhile, Jaya Bachchan was recently featured in her granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda’s first podcast What The Hell Navya? She also completed filming for Karan Johar’s upcoming film, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The film, billed as a new-age romantic comedy, will star Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, and Shabana Azmi in prominent parts. The film began production in August 2021, with schedules shot in Mumbai, Moscow, and Delhi. Rocky Aur Rani is set to enter theatres on February 10, 2022.
