Karan Johar Intends to Make Student Of The Year 3 As A Web Series
Karan Johar is making headlines for his couple of films lined up to release this year and the next. Takht is one of the films that can be called his magnum opus, thanks to the huge amount of money it involves along with the best star cast and so on. Karan Johar was seen talking about the same to the media. When asked about his other popular franchise Student Of The Year, he said that the third part is certainly going to happen. But he did not choose to talk as it would be premature to discuss the same claimed the filmmaker.
However, the sources close to Dharma Productions owned by Karan Johar have suggested that the filmmaker is planning to convert the third series into a web series. We know that K Jo has ventured in the digital media with some of his ventures. If reports are to be believed, Karan Johar is all planning to rope in Raj Mehta the Good Newwz fame director for making him the creative head of the web series.
Also, there are rumors that Jawaani Jaaneman fame actress Alaya F will be considered as the leading lady for the web series. He has his production house called Dharmatic that takes care of the digital ventures. Well, these are rumors at the moment, but the fact is Karan Johar is converting the third part of the film Student of the Year into web series. However, at the moment, Karan Johar is focussing on his magnum opus Thakt, which will be releasing in December 2021.
