Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan have done one film together in the lead roles called Karan Arjun. The film was released in 1995 and it has now completed 25 years of its release on the screen. Since then it has remained an iconic film in the B Town and remains favorite to their fans. All thanks to the action and iconic dialogues, the film remains most among the cult films in the Tinsel Town.
Talking about the same, Salman Khan called this movie to be special in his career and stressed to the fact that this film has remained the most talked about movie in the B Town for having Shah Rukh Khan with him. He also talked about the entertainment package the film carries that have remained relevant so far. It was Rakesh Roshan who directed the film and he wanted to make a film on the subject of reincarnation, which remained popular at that time.
Rakesh Roshan kept the mother element that seemed to have worked for the movie in a big way. It revolved around the life of two brothers with a mother having strong bong with her. They lose their life against the tyrant rule of the local feudal system and later returns taking new birth as per the strong faith of their mother. Rakhi’s dialogue Mere Karan Arjun Ayenge still remains popular and talks a lot about the popularity of the film. The movie also has Mamta Kulkarni and Kajol in the leading roles. Salman Khan is now gearing up for his next film Radhe The Most Wanted Bhai, which is releasing in Eid.
