Kanisha Malhotra is an Indian television actress and model known for television shows like Jai Jai Jai Bajrang Bali, Maharakshak: Devi and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. She hails from Delhi and was born on 28 October 1991. She did her schooling and college from Delhi itself and since her student life, she has been involved in modeling. Soon she realized that she should enter into the glamour world followed by entering into the B Town, hence to head to Mumbai is the only best decision to allow her pursue the dreams. Hence in 2013 she shifted to Mumbai and bagged the role in a TV show thus commencing her journey over the small screen.

Her debut was from MTV webbed Balaji Telefilms in 2013 and later she played character of Ratna Nidhi in Jai Jai Jai Bajrang Bali, Sagar Arts. Kanisha did number of episodics including CID, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Channel V distractions, Gumrah. In 2015 she signed feature film Udanchoo. Later that year, she appeared in Zee TV show Maharakshak: Devi and Star Plus’ Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. In 2016 January Kanisha moved to direction and assisted director Ram Gopal Varma on Veerappan which is in post production now. Currently she is shooting for a new untitled TV series to be aired soon in Delhi.

She shot to fame with Second Marriage Dot Com. Malhotra is also known as a stylist, designer and script writer. Some of her recent TV shows include Maharakshak: Devi as Deepali, CID (Indian TV series) as Deepti, P.O.W as Ananya, Agar tum sath ho as Zeba and Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya. Besides, actor and model, she is also a writer and director as well. Besides, she is also a stylist and has tried her luck with the same in some of the TV shows. Talking about her personal life, she is still single and not ready to mingle to anyone as keen to focus on her career.
