Kangana Ranaut suggested those who had covid 19; ‘You may not know what your body is fighting’

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has a deep connection with controversies in real life. She has been embroiled in controversies many times, yet she is not afraid to speak in any matter. The Thalaivii actress has also spoken out on the topic of COVID 19, and now, after battling the virus, Kangana has opened up on what one should do in a recent message. Kangana Ranaut contracted the illness a few months back and was quarantined at home for a few days. Now, the Bollywood queen has offered some advice to anyone coping with challenges related to COVID 19.

 

Kangana sent a letter on her Instagram story, urging everyone to take care of their bodies after recovering from COVID 19. She said that one may not get to know what problems they have post COVID until they get tested at work and in other areas.

Kangana expressed, “All those who have had covid or the vaccine please check your vitamin d3 and b12 levels, start these supplements regardless, also work on strengthening your body and organs….through yoga, daily walks or any other form of exercise that you do, add meditation or pranayam to it… you may not know what your body is struggling with unless it’s tested by work, circumstances or situations.. take care of yourself.”

Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut has been in the news recently since she has been busy filming Tiku Weds Sheru alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui, her first production film. The film will also introduce Avneet Kaur in Bollywood and is Kangana’s first production under Manikarnika Films. Except this, Kangana will be seen in Tejas and Dhaakad. In Dhaakad, She will play Agent Agni in Dhaakad, a character who will be opposed to Arjun Rampal. It is directed by Razneesh Ghai. Tejas, on the other hand, will feature her in the character of an Indian Air Force jet pilot.
