Kangana Ranaut Starrer Dhaakad Pushed Ahead amid Lockdown

Kangana Ranaut has been away from the Maximum City in her Manali based home as she is spending her time there amid the lockdown due to the COVID 19 virus. Since the country went for a lockdown, she has been there in her Manali home. She has been sharing her workout videos on her Instagram handle. Recently seen in the film Panga, she failed to garner a good response for the sports drama movie but was back in the news for her next films as well including the biopic of the late CM of Tamil Nadu and her action film Dhaakad.

She has been applauded for her work in earlier films like Judgemental Hai Kya and Panga, hence her fans are now anticipated for her next films which certainly include Dhaakad. The film was supposed to hit the screens in Diwali 2020 but as per reports, the film is now being pushed ahead. Talking about the same, the producer of the film Sohel Makai said that the shooting for the film was supposed to be carried out in April but with the current lockdown, things could be done for the film.

Also, he claimed that it is not possible to carry out the shoot in July as Kangana is already occupied with other work, which may not be able to do justice to Dhaakad. The teaser of the film along with the posters of the movie has been released earlier. This has added the intrigue elements among the audience and they were expecting to catch the trailer of the film but considering the fact that the film’s shoot is stranded, the makers have no other option but to push the release date of the film. The makers are yet to disclose their plans for the film about the new release date and other things for the movie.
