As Kangana Ranaut is enjoying her lockdown time at her Manali based bungalow, she is also making news for her 48 crore property back in Mumbai, which is her new production house. The huge property is her production house along with other things located at the prime location of Mumbai. Even her Manali based home made news for having a huge cost of 30 crores. The Queen actress did face too much objection from her family for investing huge in the said property in Mumbai.Â
They recommended her to take a property on rent to start her production house, but she had her own plans and ended up taking up a huge place for her company. She had a number of things making it a natural location for work. Since Kangi was not interested in working in glass chambers where there is no life and thus preferred to get the organic fabric along with plants around her.Â
The actress got the lavish bungalow in Pali Hill area in Bandra and she converted the same as a family poked place so that work can be fun for her and her team as well. She was seen inaugurating the same a few months before in Jan 2020 and in the presence of her sister and brother, she did the pooja at her new production house.
