Its a three day gala time for Kamaal Haasan now this month as one of the veteran actors of Bollywood and South Indian industry has completed his 6 decades in the field of acting. To mark the celebration of his six decades presence in the industry, the people close to him have planned a three day celebration in Chennai starting from 7th November to 9th November along with his hometown Paramakudi as well.
The man who is known as a one-man army in the film industry and has several tagged attached to him like that of a filmmaker, an actor, writer, screenplay expert, and a producer has now completed 60 years in the Indian Cinema. Besides the celebrations, Kamal Haasan is likely to unveil the statue of his mentor as well, Mr. K Balachandar the known filmmaker and writer. The event will call many of the veterans from the film industry including the South Indian god cum actor – Rajinikanth.
The organizers of the gala time are yet to share the details of the event, but we know who have come together for the event – Raaj Kamal Films International and distribution company that was founded and owned by Kamal Haasan. It was in the sixties when we have seen the actor entering into the film industry with a Tamil movie called “Kalathur Kannamma”. He even bagged the President’s Gold Medal for the same. Since then it was no looking back for him. In his 60 years of his career, he has done more than 200 films in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam languages.
