Believe it or not but Kalki Koechlin is unemployed now. After her last movie Waiting, she has barely any offer to go with from the commercial cinema and thus claims that she is the victim of her own image. The actress has been appreciated for her versatile acting skills over the celluloid and has come a long way doing roles with films like Dev D, Shaitan and That Girl in Yellow Boots and so on.
Kalki has been getting diverse kinds of roles and she has always come out in flying colors balancing the things right to strike a balance with commercial aspect of business by being part of the movies like Yah Jawani Hai Dewani and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. But as of today, she is not getting any commercial movies and she has no idea to this problem though she calls her own image to be the problem.
Kalki who was seen doing the debut in small screen with shows like Kalki’s Great Escape feel that people have their own way of judging you after your performance. And she says that one has to break that, which according to her is the comeback of an actor. Kalki is now seen with the performance at Fox Life.
Discussing about her ventures she said that she is doing a documentary movie called Azmaish – Trials of Life. It is about travelling via the entire country wherein she would be asking the people as to what they like about India and how would they like to improve the conditions of the country.
