For Janhvi Kapoor it is becoming interesting for her to manage two different films that need her with two different body weights. As we know she is doing two films – a biopic on Gunjan Saxena the Air Force officer who played a good role in Kargil War and the other one is the horror-comedy with Rajkummar Rao called Roohi Afza. She has just completed her shoot for the film RoohiAfza for which she had shed her 10 kgs.
However, for her biopic, she had to gain weight for obvious reasons. Now, as she would be heading to Georgia to shoot her next schedule for the biopic with the makers, she is undergoing the fit to fat diet regime that would help her gain at least 6 KGs. It was her personal trainer – Namrata Purohit who seems to have disclosed the same before the media. She is monitoring her diet along with keeping an eye over her working schedule.
She also disclosed how the Dhadak actress is managing the two films with two different requirements. She did loads of cardio to get rid of her weight and she did six days a week to get rid of the same. In her six days schedule, she had Pilates for four days while the remaining two would have electrical muscle stimulation. However, for the biopic, she has changed her diet and other things to gain weight. The film will be releasing next year in 2020, while it has Pankaj Tripathi in it who is playing the role of her father.
