Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao announce the wrap of Mr. & Mrs. Mahi
Janhvi Kapoor took to her Instagram to announce the wrap of her upcoming film ‘Mr. & Mrs. Mahi’ where she will be seen sharing screen space with Rajkummar Rao.
The actress announced the wrap of the film by sharing multiple videos and pics with the film’s crew and director Sharan Sharma on Instagram. She also penned a special note for an entire crew, her co-stars and film’s director and producer.

In her long note she expressed her happiness of acting with Rajkummar Rao and said “I am so lucky to have worked with you and witnessed your genius. You added magic to our film. She also thanked Karan Johar for believing in her and hoped that they have made him proud.
Yesterday, the official handle of Dharma Movies who are producing the film, also took to Instagram and shared a picture of the film’s clapboard. Along with it, they wrote, “AND IT’S A WRAP FOR MR. & MRS. MAHI! Ready for the final innings, we’ll see you soon in cinemas near you!”

‘Mr. & Mrs. Mahi’, marks Rajkummar Rao and Jahvi Kapoor’s maiden venture together. The film is helmed by Sharan Sharma who had earlier directed Janhvi in Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl (2020). Makers are yet to reveal the release of the film. Not much is known about the film’s plot and storyline but it seems the film’s story revolves around a female cricketer played by Janhvi.
Meanwhile, apart from ‘Mr. & Mrs. Mahi’ Janhvi Kpaoor will be seen in Nitish Tiwari’s upcoming directorial venture Bawaal’ where she will be seen alongside Varun Dhawan. The film is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on 6 October 2023. Janhvi is also making her Telugu debut opposite Jr. NTR’ in yet to be titled action drama.
Rajkummar, who recently won Best Actor in a Leading Role at the 68th Filmfare Awards for his performance in Badhaai Do, will next be seen in Amar Kaushik’s horror-comedy sequel Stree 2, alongside Shraddha Kapoor, Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi, and Abhishek Banerjee.
