Is Saif Ali Khan’s Sacred Games Season 3 Happening?

Sacred Games, the Netflix India Original web series has remained popular among the Indian audience. Thanks to its intriguing and captivating content, the audience now wants to catch the third season. The series is based on Vikram Chandra’s novel with the same title and it has remained the most awaited series on the digital platform. One can find Sacred Games to be among the most watched series on Netflix. The crime thriller has created a good buzz around in the OTT platform in a big way. 

So, it is obvious to see the makers return with the season. In the recent interview, the lead actor Saif Ali Khan of the said series was seen talking about the crime thriller. Saif feels that he is not sure whether the makers would think of coming out with the third season so soon. He said that the makers took long to embark upon with the second series which came last August. He further said that one has to wait till November till things will be clear by then.

So, at the moment, the popular series at the streaming giant is not going to return with the third season so soon. While Nawazuddin Siddiqui who is also one of the leading actors of the series said in his recent interaction said that Sacred Games has got a worldwide acclaim, which others have failed to gain. However, he feels that the second season was not at par with the first one leading to disappointment. Thus it is obvious to see the makers taking their own time to bring out the third season. Both the series had Jatin Sarna, Radhika Apte, Neeraj Kabi, and Jeetendra Joshi apart from  Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Saif Ali Khan.
