Laal Kaptaan starring Saif Ali Khan and directed by Navdeep Singh is all set to hit the screens soon. The film is made at the backdrop of the tumultuous era of our Indian history. This has made the film the most anticipated flip in the B Town ever since it was announced in the media. Saif would be seen in a never-seen-before avatar as he is seen stepping into the shoes of a Naga Sadhu. The film would be showing his dramatic journey backed with drama, deceit, and revenge.
Having said that the makers have decided to release the film one 6th September. However, when they realized that the film would clash on this date with Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Chhichhore, they changed their mind. Now, they are planning to push the release date somewhere in the same month but with a new release date. As per reports, we could see many such shifting of the release date of the major films releasing this year.
The Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer film Saaho is one of them as it would be now releasing on 30th Aug and not on 15th Aug just to avoid the clashes with the two film. Similar is the story with the film Laal Kaptaan. As the makers now want to show the film somewhere in September without getting any clash, they have therefore decided to push the release date.
