After Laugewala and Jaisalmer, Border 2 Music Launch Moves to Amritsar with Mega Army Event for ‘Jaate Hue Lamhon’

The makers of Border 2 are turning their music launches into grand, emotion-driven national celebrations, and the next event promises to be even more spectacular. Following the successful teaser release and the heartfelt unveiling of ‘Ghar Kab Aaoge’ at Laugewala–Jaisalmer, the team is now preparing for a massive launch of the song ‘Jaate Hue Lamhon’ in Khasa, Amritsar, in front of thousands of army personnel and their families.
Previously, the soulful track ‘Ghar Kab Aaoge’ was launched alongside the Border Security Force (BSF) at the historic Laugewala post in Jaisalmer — a site deeply significant to India’s military legacy. This event went beyond a typical song launch, serving as a moving tribute to soldiers stationed far from home and resonated emotionally with audiences nationwide. The scale and heartfelt nature of that occasion set a new standard for film promotions.
Now, the spotlight turns to ‘Jaate Hue Lamhon – A Soulful Rendition’, set to be unveiled in Khasa, Amritsar, amidst celebrations involving 10,000–12,000 army personnel and their families. The event will coincide with the vibrant Lohri festivities, adding cultural depth and a festive spirit to the occasion. Given the grandeur of previous launches, expectations are high for an equally memorable event. Industry insiders say the launch will once again blend music, patriotism, and the presence of real military heroes, underscoring Border 2’s dedication to honoring India’s armed forces beyond the cinematic experience.
With each promotional event, the film continues to build a genuine emotional connection rather than relying on conventional marketing tactics. Border 2 is an upcoming Hindi-language epic war action film, co-written and directed by Anurag Singh. It serves as the sequel to J. P. Dutta’s legendary 1997 film Border, produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J. P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta. The film features a powerful ensemble cast including Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty, alongside Mona Singh, Sonam Bajwa, Anya Singh, and Medha Rana in key roles.
Set against themes of bravery, sacrifice, and brotherhood, the film aims to balance sweeping war visuals with deeply personal human stories. Scheduled for release on January 23, 2026, perfectly timed with Republic Day weekend, Border 2 promises to be more than just a film release — it’s shaping up to be a nationwide emotional event. With another grand music launch on the horizon, audiences eagerly await to see how the makers will once again raise the bar.
