Rohit Shetty, who is known for directing popular cop dramas like Simmba, Singham franchise, and Sooryavanshi, went to meet the union home minister, Amit Shah, in Mumbai today. A photograph of their meeting was spotted on social media.
In the photo, you can see the Simmba director and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader sitting opposite each other. Judging from the expression, they seem to be engaged in a deep conversation, and Rohit is listening attentively to the politician.

Rohit Shetty is among the biggest filmmakers in Bollywood and has created various super-hit movies one after the other. Ajay Devgn’s Singham, SRK’s Chennai Express, Ranveer Singh’s Simmba, and Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi are a few among them.
The director is currently seen hosting Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 and bonds well with the contestants in the stunt-based reality show. He will once again team up with Ranveer for his next project, titled ‘Cirkus’. This upcoming film, which also stars South beauty, Pooja Hegde, is set to be released this Christmas.

Talking about home minister Amit Shah, he recently met south actor Jr NTR in Hyderabad and called him a “gem of the Telugu industry. The RRR actor received an invitation from the honourable minister for their meeting at a hotel in Hyderabad.
After their meeting, Amit Shah shared his pictures with the actor on social media and wrote, “Had a great conversation with a very talented actor and a gem of the Telugu industry @jrntr in Hyderabad.”
Jr. NTR was impressed by such a kind gesture by the politician, and he responded by saying, “It was my pleasure to meet you! I had a delightful conversation with @AmitShahJi Thanks for the kind words! ”
