’I don’t eat post 7 pm’, Bharti Singh on her weight loss journey

Bharti Singh resides in millions of hearts as she entertains the audience with her amazing comic sense. The comedian recently amazed everyone with her weight loss and she looks absolutely stunning in her new avatar. She spoke to News Helpline about her weight loss journey and much more. 

When asked about her weight loss journey, she said,”Different channel people are calling me to ask about the same thing. I have told them I did not perform yoga or gym. I just controlled my diet and now I eat on time. I have been performing intermittent fasting.  I don’t eat after 7 pm and the next day I eat post 12 noon. 

She further added,”I am from Amritsar,Punjab so I can not eat bread and salad. I eat my regular food with butter.”

She is currently hosting Dance Deewane along with her husband Harsh. The show is soon going to see a Mahasangam Episode with the Khatron Ke Khiladi team. Talking about the same, she said, “I am very excited for this Mahasangam. We also did Khatron Ke Khiladi. It was a superhit season. I am sure the audience will love this special mahasangam episode.”

 The city of Mumbai is once again seen celebrating Ganpati with great pomp and show. Talking about the same, she said,”This time people are acting responsibly during Ganpati. Markets are not crowded. People are bringing eco-friendly Ganpati. They have created an artificial pond in their building premises only. I pray to Lord Ganpati for good health and prosperity for everyone.”
