Benefits of Orange peel for your skincare routine

 

Oranges are a great source of Vitamin C. The fruit has many health benefits. It Boosts immunity, keeps blood pressure in control, lowers cholesterol, helps during constipation, etc. These are the internal benefits but the fruit gives external benefits also. The Orange peels have the best qualities for skincare, and it is easy to use the peel for skin benefits at home.

 

1) Orange peel for Acne

Its anti-inflammatory properties can help reduce redness which is caused by inflammation. If you are suffering from acne problems, Take 2 teaspoons of orange peel, half a teaspoon of turmeric, a teaspoon of honey, and two teaspoons of raw milk. Apply this to your skin Once a week to see a better result.

2) To remove wrinkles

To remove wrinkle lines from the skin, take one teaspoon orange peel paste and one teaspoon orange juice and apply them every day on your skin. You will be free from the wrinkle line.

 

3) To remove blackheads

To remove your blackheads at home here is the remedy which you can try. Take one spoon of fresh orange peel paste and add one spoon of honey to make a perfect package with them. Apply the pack on your blackheads. When it gets dry, take off the pack. For better results use it continuously for at least one week.

 

4) Exfoliates dead cells

The peel of an orange is considered a bonus for the skin as it treats blackheads and blemishes. It works as an effective exfoliating agent that helps in unclogging the skin pores. Dried orange peels act as natural exfoliators and remove dead cells and blackheads naturally and bring a glow to the skin.

 

5) To whiten skin

Orange peel works as a natural bleach and removes dark blotches from the skin. As Orange peel contains a lot of citric acids, so be careful while applying it to the face. You can dilute it with milk.
