Ranveer Singh & Deepika Padukone attends Eknath Shinde’s ‘Ganpati Pooja’, gets trolled by netizens, here’s why!
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone recently attended ‘Ganpati Pooja’ at Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde’s house. Pictures of the couple are doing the rounds on social media. As usual, the couple stole the show with their fashion choices, with Ranveer Singh wearing a red kurta-pyjama and shades. However, the actor is now being trolled mercilessly and being compared to politicians and actor Abhijit Bichukale.
Talking about Ranveer and Deepika, both look absolutely stunning as they were dressed traditionally for the ‘Pooja’ at CM Shinde’s house.
Deepika wore a pretty dark green-colored embroidered velvet kurta, which she paired with a red gota patti dupatta, while Ranveer wore a red kurta-pyjama. DeepVeer was joined at the event by Sara Ali Khan and Varun Sharma.
Celebrity paparazzi Viral Bhayani took to Instagram and shared a photo of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, which has gone insanely viral there. They’re all smiles as they interact with each other and the people around them at the residence of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

Videos of Ranveer and Deepika performing the Ganpati visarjan with the Ambanis surfaced online last week. While Deepika sat in the decorated truck, Ranveer could be seen dancing with the Ambanis, including Shloka Mehta and Radhika Merchant.
Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh will next be seen in Rohit Shetty’s comedy Cirkus. He recently finished filming Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, directed by Karan Johar. In the film, he will reunite with his Gully Boy co-star Alia Bhatt. His previous film, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, did poorly at the box office.
On the other hand, Deepika will be seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Pathaan. She has also signed Fighter with Hrithik Roshan and is working on a project with Prabhas. She was most recently seen in Shakun Batra’s Gehraiyaan, in which she co-starred with Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
