How Bollywood reacted to the Tanushree Dutta’s Harassment Allegations?

We have been hearing about the Tanushree Dutta’s allegations against the known actor Nana Patekar about sexual harassment of late in the media. This has stunned many in the B Town and other circles raising many questions about it. People have different views on it, but in B Town, let’s see how the actors and other celebs have reacted to this allegation made by the former actress in B Town, have a look at them:

Farhan Akhtar – The first one to react was the actor –filmmaker Farhan Akhtar who supported Tanushree Dutta. Talking about the controversy while replied to the tweet of a journalist called Janice Sequeira, he said that though the lady kept quiet for ten years yet when she spoke about these hard fact is commendable, her intentions should not be questioned.

Richa Chadda – The Fukrey actress also spoke about the incident and supported Dutta for it. She said that her only fault was the silence of ten long years. to which a couple of actresses in B Town too have said the same, which include the global icon of B Town Priyanka Chopra who nodded on the tweet saying Agreed.

Twinkle Khanna – The former actress and film producer Twinkle too said in favor of the former actress and model. She said to the people to read things clearly and then judge anyone. She further said a good environment to work anywhere is the basic right of any person and harassing at this space is violating the same. She then said that she applauds the guts of the lady who spoke against it.

Sonam Kapoor – The newlywed actress and the style icon of B Town too spoke in favor of the actress. She then said that many of her co-workers have been female and male and she has heard about the harassment stories. She then said instead of vilifying scaring them we need to allow them to speak. This way the victims would turn survivors.

The B Town seems to be vociferous about this issues and many chose to speak and stand for the lady who stood quiet for long and then spoke about it taking ten long years.
