How B Town Reacted to Yuvraj Singh’s Retirement Announcement?

It was yesterday when the veteran cricketer Yuvraj Singh announced his retirement from International Cricket. He addressed a press conference when the 37 year old actor said that he has decided to move on. The cricketer has scored 8701 runs in the one day international, while he took 111 wickets emerging as an important all rounder for the Indian Cricket team. His career in cricket was around for 24 years and he with his incredible cricket has won millions of hearts and fans everywhere including B Town.

During the press conference, he even shared some of his best memories along with his worst moments as well. He said it was a roller-coaster ride for him in the world of cricket apart from having a beautiful story, but like every story we have the end and so was his career in cricket. He started playing in 1995 at the age of 13 years playing for his state Punjab for the under 16 tournament. His debut match was with Jammu and Kashmir.

His debut in international cricket started with the ICC Knock Out Trophy in the year 2000. The moment he announced his retirement, we saw a few Bollywood celebs tweeting about the veteran cricketer. The first one to react was Anushka Sharma giving her good wishes for his life who left good and memorable moments with everyone. Varun Dhawan called the cricketer the strong amabassador of this sport. Angad Bedi greeted him on his decision and thanked for giving a wonderful contribution in this field.

Neha Dhupia called him as her favorite batsman and sportsperson in Indian cricket. The next was Koena Mitra who thanked him for his incredible innings in cricket. Thus we could see a mixed feeling about his retirements, do let us know what do you feel about the same.
