Meezaan Jafri Simply Followed Akshay Kumar Advise while doing Hungama 2
Meezaan Jafri is just one movie old in B Town. He did his debut with the film called Malaal by Sanjay Leela Bhansali released in 2019. Although the film did fall flat on the floor in terms of collection, but he was applauded for his work. Now, he has bagged a leading role in the comedy genre film called Hungama 2. The film will have Paresh Rawal, Shilpa Shetty, and Pranitha Subhash in the leading roles, while it has Priyadarshan as its director.
Ever since the film was announced, it did make news for various reasons. First for the sequel after so many years and then seeing Shilpa Shetty in the leading lady’s role after 12 long years. While talking to the media, the director has called comedy to be a difficult genre to try. However, the director is known to shoot the film in his own style and unique way. So, when Meezan was taking up this film, Akshay Kumar has advised him something important. He wanted to experiment in Hindi Cinema with a comedy genre when he is a fresh talent.
Akki has asked Meezan to simply follow the director blindly and to see things coming out great the next. He had visited the sets of Sooryavanshi where he got the chance to meet Akki. He then advised the young actor when came to know that he is doing Priyardhsan’s film. Meezan said he is doing the film without even listening to the script as he has a special connection with this man since his grandfather has worked for him. Meezan would be seen in a very different role in Hungama 2. The actor will be doing the song Chura Ke Dil Mera with Shilpa Shetty from Akshay’s film Main Khiladi Tu Anari.
