High Court summoned actor Dhanush in the paternity case

South star Dhanush has been summoned by the Madras High Court in the paternity case, as reported by ETimes. Back in 2016, an old couple had claimed that the actor was their son and that he ran away when he was in class 11 to pursue a career in acting. The couple Kathiresan and Meenakshi had filed a petition in the magistrate’s court in Melur in Madurai district in Tamil Nadu.

The actor was summoned by the court saying that he had submitted forged reports of the paternity test. The order had dismissed the case stating that there was no document to prove that the documents were forged by Dhanush.

Well, a few months back, Dhanush had announced his separation from his wife Aishwaryaa. On 17th January, Dhanush and Aishwaryaa announced their separation through their social media handles. The actor wrote, “18 years of togetherness as friends, couple, as parents and well-wishers to each other..The journey has been of growth, understanding, adjusting and adapting…Today we stand at a place where our paths separate…Aishwaryaa and I have decided to part ways as a couple and take time to understand us as individuals for the better. “Please respect our decision and give us the needed privacy to deal with this. Om Namashivayaa. Spread Love.”

The couple got married in a traditional South Indian ceremony on November 18, 2004, and are proud parents of two sons Yatra and Linga.
