It’s a big day for the singer – Alisha Chinai as she celebrates her 56th Birthday today. The singer who went on fame with her song Made In India is a known name in pop singing and Indi Pop albums. She has remained the voice for many divas in Bollywood films. As we wish her on the big day, the lady singer has done her debut way back in 1985 in singing with her album called Jadoo released the same year.
She then turned the Queen of Indipop in the nineties with her regular hits. Some of her best songs are with Anu Malik and Biddu mostly seen in the nineties. Some of her known albums include Made In India which was released in the mid-nineties. She bagged the Filmfare Best Female Playback Award for the Song Kajra Re apart from the one seen with the songs in films like Bunty Aur Babli in 2005.
She even bagged the global Billboard Award for her songs when her album Made in India came out apart from winning the Freddie Mercury Award for Artistic Excellence award as well. She seems to be falling prey to the popular music director as well Anu Malik much before the MeToo movement started. She accused the music director for molestation and called him in the court as well. Later the case was sorted out outside the court. Well, we do know what is her plans on this BIg day, but the lady would be remembered for her cool songs like Ruk Ruk Arre Baba Ruk, Made In India and many more.
