Finally after releasing here in India, the film Happy Bhaag Jayegi seems to be in trouble in Pakistan. The cross border love comedy starring Diana Penty, Jimmy Shergill and Abhay Deol seems to be in facing heat from the Pakistan Censor Board for its release.

The movie has shown how Diana Penty while playing Happy has done loads of chaos in the neighbouring country which has become headache to the local administration.  Though the movie has garnered a good interest across the border the Central Board of Film Certification commonly known as CBFC from Pakistan is unable to reach to any tangible decision about the movie.

As per reports, the film has got a approval from public opinion with the ratio of 8:1 in the favour of the movie and hence one can find the film going for a review to the Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage that has the right of review from the decision.  So, till the decision finally comes in favour of the movie, it is likely to stay on hold.

The film also have a Pak based actress Momal Sheikh who has played the character of Abhay Deol’s fiancée in the movie. She is being a known face in Pakistan over the small screen and Happy Bhag Jayegi is her debut movie in Bollywood, her father Javed Sheikh is also a known actor and has appeared in a number of movies in B Town.
