govinda kill dil

Govinda has always enjoyed a larger than life popularity for his comic roles in the No.1 franchise of David Dhawan and for his energetic dance moves. This actor was indeed a star despite being at the top. Though he has tasted a big success in his career, the actor has also witnessed a couple of setbacks. In the mid 2000’s he even planned to join politics and was the MP on congress ticket, while his movies seen dropping down. However, with the failed attempts in the domain of politics, he returned to Bollywood with movies like Bhaagam Bhaag, which is among the finest comedy in Indian cinema. The very next year in 2007, he embarked with Salaam-e-Ishq followed by hilarious character in Partner. Soon with Do Knot Disturb, his career faltered along with other bad movies like Money Hai Toh Honey Hai and Chal Chala Chal wrecking havoc in his career. Today, this 50 year old actor had a comeback with movies like Holiday and now Kill Dill. Let’s see how Govinda’s comeback has excited his fans and others in B Town.

Boss in a role of villain with a Twist

Govinda in Kill DIl is playing the character of Bhaiyaji, which is a role of grey shades. He is the man who nurtures and trains the two deserted young men – Ranveer and Ali Zafar. These two work for him as a professional killer. Here you will not find him playing as a usual baddie in this YRF movie wherein you have also Parineeti Chopra. The movie has all together a new Govinda wherein he has certainly done a different thing in Kill Dil.

Enjoy the Double Dose

The admiration for Govinda by Ranveer Singh has come a long way, which he has expressed for the Partner actor time and again. Here when you have both the actors together sharing the single screen wherein you have Ranveer copying the antics of Govinda, you end up have having the double explosion in the movie.

He is Fit and clam

Looking at the actor, you can find this actor to be one of the fittest, calm and quite kind of person. This man has left no stone unturned to lose his weight and kept him healthy and fit. He may not be competing with the B Town hunks like Siddharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan or seen running in the rate race of pack abs, however, he seems to be fit as the heck and has been garnering good round of applauds for his new avatar and sign.

He is back to his hey days

Also, with this movie, he has another in the row, which is hitting this month end. Yes you guessed it right, it is nothing but Happy Ending wherein Govinda would be shining like a star stud cast along with the Chote Nawab (Saif Ali Khan) and Kalki Koechlin. His character in this movie is very much similar to what he had in his hey days when we all enjoyed seeing in these characters.

Wrapping up

He is a versatile actor known for dance, comedy, action and other serious roles. Though he had a roller coaster career graph in Bollywood, however, every time when he returned he had something other to face to show his audience. Now, he seems to be in a grey shade, which makes everyone inquisitive about catching him in a new character.
