Kick Music Review

Kick Music

Well, this can be big news for you. One of the most talked and hyped movie of Sallu Baba hitting this month end (Eid)- Kick has embarked with its song promos, which is around a couple a weeks before the theatrical release of the movie. Since its release, it seems to be catching like wild fire, thanks to Salman Khan and his huge fan following, which has created a huge buzz around. The movie makers have eventually released the entire audio album, which encompasses a number of catchy attractions, which simply have raised the curiosity levels of one and all. In fact, you can even see Salman going vocal in the said movie with the song Hangover.

The top song, which starts the album is called Jumme Ki Raat, which is sung by Mika Singh and Palak Muchhal. With this song, perhaps, another popular song of Big B – Jumma Chumma echoes, right? However, the composition of this song from Himesh seems to be very much different. You can see the foot tapping commencing with the number followed by starting off with the peppy and instantly with the catchy tune. Mika is able to give some of h is best vocals in this song, which is supported by Palak in a very subtle way too. As the movie is hitting this Eid, you can find loads of firework busting out. The song has already garnered good response from the audience and of course positive review as well by the critics. You can give 4 out of 5 rating.

Next comes the song Hangover. Meet Bros, the guys behind the success of Baby Doll is back again seen composing the romantic track called Hangover. Salman seems to be trying giving his vocal for the song unlike his previous movies like Wantes, Chal Mere Bhai, Hello Brother and now this is his fourth time. His voice sounds fitting the bill, while Shreya has carried forward the song very much brilliantly unlike her cool performances in the past. Check the violin music in the song, it seems really incredible to our ears. Though the song sound ordinary one, but has the potentials to add the zing thing in it. Perhaps the rating of 3 suits this song.

Next comes is Tu Hi Tu. This song from Himesh sounds very much reminiscent to the softer ones, wherein the vocals and lyrics are seen taking the center state with little big of soft orchestra. Mohd Irfan the talented singer (remember his song Phir Mohabbat from Murder 2) is seen superb here, thanks to the soothing lyrics and music, the song becomes incredible. The rating therefore can be given 3.5 out of 5 for this song.

The last in the album comes from Yo Yo Honey Singh in the form of Yaar Naa Miley, in fact his presence has become a must in everyone’s big budget movies. Though Honey Singh is known to steal show unlike in his earlier songs from films including Boss, Chennai Express, Yaariyan, etc. however, this time it was his co singer Jasmine Sandlas seen adding the spice and has overshadowed everyone. 3.5 rating goes first for Jasmine and then to Yo Yo Honey Singh.

All the four key songs in the album sound incredible and have been receiving positive reviews from the audience. All these songs have been shot over the exorbitant sets, which you can find visible over the promos. Soon as the theatrical trailer embarked in the market, it turned out to be one of the most discussed Bollywood trailer within just few days over the social media sites like YouTube. This has garnered good amount of steam for Kick and a number f foot tapping songs would really help the movie to rock. Overall the rating to the album could be given 3 out of 5.
