Gehana Vasisth is a known actress and model from India who was born on 16th June 1993 in Chirimiri, Chattisgargh in a religious Brahmin family. Her father was a welfare officer while her mother was a doctor. She was born with a name Vandana Tiwari but later changed to Gehana Vasisth for her professional reason while her friends call her Zindagi. Her schooling was from Chirmiri and Bhopal in MP while later she went on to do her computer engineering from All Saints College of Engineering, Bhopal. She was keen in modeling hence when she completed her studies, she got the chance to work for an ad of Monte Carlo and then it was no looking back as she got a number of brands for her commercial ads and marketing campaigns.
These include Dreamstone Jewelry, Philips Arena, Palak Sarees, Chevrolet and a number of other brands. So far she has appeared in more than 70 ads in her modeling career. She then got the chance to enter in TV with a talk show at Sahara One TV wherein Gehana was seen in the anchor role. Later, she got another TV show called Behenein aired at Star Plus while soon she got another show at MTV called True Life. She came in limelight when she won the Miss Asia Bikini Contest in the year 2012. She secured maximum number of votes in this online contest thus appearing as the top and hot bikini clad model at the global level. Besides TV and modeling, she also did a number of movies.
These include both Hindi and South Indian language movies including Flimy Duniya (HindI), Operation Duryodhana (Telugu), Anakunndadi Okkathi Ayyindi Okkathi (Telugu), etc. Gehana Vasisth is current filming for the Telugu film called Namasthe and another Telugu movie called Aidu 5. She has also gearing up for another set of Telugu films including Premichu Pilladu, BTech Love Story (Telugu) and Savitha Barbie (Telugu) for main and other leading roles. She has also done an item song in a film called Lakhnavi Ishq (Hindi), which is in its post-production stage.
