Gehana Vasisht Finally Gets Bail in her P*rnographic Film Case
It’s been four months since we have seen the TV actor and model Gehana Vasisht being taken into custody in the said case. The Mumbai Police Crime Branch was quick to arrest the lady for making explicit content and uploading the same on her portal. But now she gets the sign of relief against the lady as the session court has given her the bail in this case. Justice LS Chavan was the one who signed the bail application with the personal bond of 25K against the said case lodged at Malvani Police.Â
As she granted the bail one can find the actress being directed towards it and one cannot leave the country without seeking any permission from the court. Earlier, the actress was kept in the cell at Byculla where she was reported to be infected by Covid and was even isolated inside. She was even seen suffering from a stroke while later admitted at JJ Hospital by prison authorities, claimed publicist Flynn Remedios.
As per ToI reports, Gehna’s bail application seemed to have been rejected by Dindoshi session while the charge sheet is yet to be filed. However, before the release, the diva seemed to have completed the bail. The diva is currently completing the bail formalities along with furnishing sureties before the court in order to secure her release. During the police investigations, the police also have frozen the account of the lady along with the production house who have been behind it.
