Geetanjali Tikekar is among the emerging names on the small screen who is known for some of her performances in TV shows like Kasautii Zindagii Kay and Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. Playing Aparna and Anjali Agnihotri respectively. She hails from central India and was brought up at this place. She seemed inclined towards acting from her early days and thus headed to Mumbai to take a plunge in this domain. Her career in acting commenced with the TV show called Jersey No. 10 aired on SAB TV.
She then was seen in the role of Nilanjana Shekhar Ganguly in Tere Liye aired on Star Plus. However, she was recognized for her role called Aparna Anurag Basu in the well-known TV show Kasautii Zindagii Kay She was applauded for her character. She even bagged two awards the same from Indian Television Academy Awards and Best Actress in a Negative Role and the Indian Telly Awards for the category for Best Actress in a Supporting Role.
