OTT is a new trend that has struck some of Bollywood‘s biggest personalities in recent years. OTT has provided many performers the opportunity to dive into never-before-seen roles as a medium for long-form programming with unconventional narratives. Some of Hindi cinema’s most well-known celebrities will make their OTT debut in 2022. We’re looking forward to seeing what these celebrities have in store for us.
Madhuri Dixit Nene:
Madhuri Dixit, our very own Dhak Dhak girl, is first on the list. She is one of the few actors who have achieved the pinnacle of celebrity. Madhuri’s entry into the world will be marked by the discovery of Anamika. The first look was released at the Tudum, a global fan event of NETFLIX. Produced by Karan Johar, Finding Anamika is a thriller that is gearing up to give its audience a nail biting experience.
Aparshakti Khurana:
Second, the multi-talented Aparshakti Khurana, who is slated to make his OTT debut with Stardust in 2022 following a successful 2021.
Ajay Devgn:
Ajay Devgn, who has produced some of Bollywood’s most famous franchises, like as Golmaal and Singham, is gearing up to light up the OTT market with the premiere of Rudra-The Edge of Darkness on Disney Hotstar. He plays a cop in the series and is joined by Esha Deol, who also has a significant role in the plot. Ajay has played cops before, but with Rudra, he is going to surprise his fans and well-wishers with an exceptionally dark and gritty part.
Sonakshi Sinha:
Sonakshi Sinha will also make her debut on the web with the premiere of Fallen, her first OTT series on Amazon Prime. Sonakshi Sinha, dubbed the “mass queen” of Bollywood, has consistently chosen parts that appeal to the public. The actor recently took to Instagram to express her gratitude to her director, Reema Kagti, and producer, Zoya Akhtar, for casting her in the series’ famous role of Anjali Bhaati. We wish the actress a fantastic debut performance.
Shahid Kapoor:
Shahid Kapoor is an actor who goes about his business quietly before bursting into the scene with a boom. Shahid, widely regarded as one of today’s most brilliant and bankable actors, will make his OTT debut in 2022. Raj and DK, who directed India’s two hugely popular seasons of Family Man, are directing the untitled project. We’ll just have to keep an eye on this space to see what Shahid is planning.
Aditya Roy Kapur:
Millennial adoration Aditya Roy Kapur will next be seen in The Night Manager, a Hindi version of the Golden Globe-winning show. If reports are to be accepted, Aditya would play Tom Hiddleston in the upcoming series.
