Talking about fitness actor states, “Fitness has changed every thing for me from the way I look to the way I feel. Its a superb feeling when you feel super energetic and strong like on your toes all the time. I work out three hours a day keeping a clean diet which includes high protien and less carbs.”
Actor shares about his workout and excersises, he adds, “I do two hours of weight training abs and streching. One hour of cardio every day. And The result is it keeps u alert and enhances everything you do.”
Diet is very much important for a person who is very much into body making. Hence when asked about the diet actor speaks, “I consume a super clean Diet with no oil, butter or gheee. A chapatti and 40 egg whites a day. Some times black cofee when I feel low on energy because I dont consume carbs.Thats all I eat.”
