Filmmaker Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra starring Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor has been one of the most awaited films of 2020. After being postponed for the past two years, the film is finally set to hit theaters in December.
Now, there are reports that the first glimpse of the fantasy drama may be unveiled by the makers in August. According to a Mumbai Mirror report, ‘Brahmastra’ is a trilogy, and therefore, Ayan Mukherjee does not want much difference between Part 1 and Part 2. They’ve got all the blueprints for all the parts. Team ‘Brahmastra’ has also made the best use of the lockdown and they are working on an exclusive preview video trailer which will give the world a glimpse of the fantasy world.
Further elaborating on the same, the report also said that if everything went according to plan, the film’s first look would be ready in August 2020. It is reportedly a scale-up film and the producers are planning a long campaign with a series of videos.
The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy. Apart from them, Shah Rukh Khan will also reportedly make a special cameo appearance in the film. It is to be released on December 4, 2020.
Ranbir Kapoor will next be seen in Brahmastra with Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan and at Shamshera on Work Front.
At the same time, Alia is awaiting the release of her next film Brahmastra and is also ready to start work in Karan Johar’s film ‘Takht’, in which she will be seen sharing screen with Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Vicky Kaushal. Alia will also appear in the film Gangubai Kathiawadi.
