He disclosed that he wanted to do a project different from his earlier ones, and this is when Freddy came his way when he wasn’t even expecting it. “I wished to do something different than earlier, but I wasn’t actually waiting; it just came to me. Also, I love thrillers and mostly dark genres. So, when producer Jay Shewakramani narrated his script to me, I realised that this is what I wanted; I was completely into that role. I mean, there wasn’t a choice to say no due to the amazing script.”

During this conversation, he told us that this Shashanka Ghosh directorial suits well as an OTT movie. He said, “A pandemic had begun at that time, and the OTT industry was flourishing. So we decided to make this film just for the digital platform. It has been designed for it only. Accordingly, we decided what details to reveal about the film, and similarly, other things were also considered, keeping in mind that the film is for an ‘OTT audience.’
