Finally! Aryan Khan’s Friday appearance at the NCB office Scrapped by the court

Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has been accused in the drugs-on-cruise-ship case. The starkid who is out on bail has got a major relief as the Bombay High Court has scrapped the bail condition. Well, the court has asked Aryan to appear at the Mumbai office of the Narcotics Control Bureau every Friday. Now the court has said that he has to present himself in Delhi, whenever the Special Investigation Team summons him.

Aryan had filed an application in the High Court, seeking one of the fourteenth bail conditions to be amended.

In his plea, he said that every Friday on his visit, he is accosted by the media and must be accompanied by police officers. He had stated that since the case had been transferred to a Special Investigation Team in Delhi, visits to the Mumbai office may be permitted.

The anti-drugs agency detained Aryan Khan on October 3 following a raid on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. The Agency had accused him of illegal narcotics possession, consumption, sale, and purchase. He was also charged with abetment and conspiracy.

Three weeks after the arrest (October 28) Aryan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court. The court found many loopholes in the agency’s case against him.

As per the court, there was no evidence of a drug-related conspiracy between him, his buddy Arbaaz Merchant, and model Munmun Dhamecha.

The judge also stated that the agency’s argument was based on nothing objectionable being detected in their WhatsApp talks. The NCB had claimed that the WhatsApp talks were evidence of his involvement in illegal narcotics trafficking.
