Film & TV Body IFTPC Issues New Shooting Guidelines
Indian Film and TV Producers Council commonly called as IFTPC has issued guidelines for shooting film and TV shows. With the lockdown still continuing, we see the shoots for not less than two month . So, when things are turning relaxed soon as the lockdown is expected to be opened soon, we see the film and TV body expressing their concern on resuming the production work. They have issued a set of new guidelines.Â
Nitin Vaidya the Indian Film and TV Producer body has issued the following guidelines, which are to be followed strictly as under:Â
The crew members will come with triple layer medical masks and gloves while carrying out the shoot.Â
No kisses, handshakes and physical greetings allowed at the film sets
Sharing of cigarettes and similar things will be stopped on the sets, studios and offices
Social distancing is a must, the crew members are likely to maintain at least 2 meters of distance
Crew and cast above 60 are not allowed to work for at least three months.Â
These remain the general practices to be witnessed on the sets, while a detailed guidelines would follow soon for the filmmakers and directors of TV shows. These guidelines have been issued after the state CM Mr. Uddhay Thackeray has issued a video conference suggesting several things about the life after lockdown.
