Film Shootings to Resume Soon but with Restrictions, Check Details
With the lockdown continuing in the state, the most affected industry is Bollywood and TV industry. With the current shooting undergoing, the state has decided to resume things in Mumbai and other places. The TV and films shoots are in a relaxed mode and will be undergoing in June. We have seen the state issuing a 16 page long set of guidelines for the film and TV producers.
The guidelines are seen maintaining the 33 per cent of crew on the sets, while the staff members are likely to carry the identification cards along with setting up the Aarogya Setu app, which are downloaded on their compatible devices. The doctors, nurses and ambulance would be made compulsory on the sets and it is going to have dedicated personnel to monitor the temp of the cast and crew.
For the outdoor locations, one can find alternate lodging that is supposed to be offered to the house occupants for the shooting duration. Any talent or the crew members are going to return where the virus is spreading in order to monitor for the symptoms for two weeks and the temp twice a day. The permissions are required to resume shootings in order to apply the same.
The TV and film industry people have welcomed the decision and guidelines of the government. Talking about the same Nitin Vaidya, the member of Indian Film and TV Producers Council seemed to have taken a huge sigh of relief with this decision.
