Farhan Akhtar and Filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker come together for an action film
The last time we heard about the filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker was the film Panipat and Mohenjo Daro. He has been known for making such period dramas apart from his ace films like Lagaan. The actor is now experimenting with some other genres and these include his next movie that remains an action-oriented film coming under the banner of Farhan and his friend Ritesh Sidhwani called Excel Entertainment.
As per reports published in the portal Bollywood Hungama, it will be a modern action film with Farhan Akhtar as a leading actor. The makers are yet to fix any title for the same and reports suggest that the director and actor will be playing a character of a forest ranger, the man who was charged for guarding and patrolling the forest. The makers are even seen coming along with the Hindi movie actor who is seen playing the negative role.
 However, one can find the casting role that has been finalized with the same. Besides being a big budget movie, the film also has the veteran lyricist Javed Akhtar in it who would be jotting down the movie with a team of writers. The movie seemed to be giving a mark about the comeback story of the screenplay. Currently we see the makers busy giving the shape to the script and intend to bring the film this year.
