With barely a week to go for the big B Town SRK starrer film Fan, the countdown has really begun. The film is all set to hit on 15th April and will therefore start it advance booking via online booking. As per the trade pundits and B Town experts, the film will witness good advance bookings for the show for many reasons. The film is releasing the right time with no major releases with it. Fan has developed a very good rapport in the media and enjoys good buzz in social media. The trailers released were able to catch up good momentum for the film.
On the face of it, the film seems a good thriller showcasing the star-fan rivalry played by Shah Rukh Khan alone with the dual roles. The high star value, good promotion of the film and a decent marketing of the film have propelled the film to develop a good pre-buzz release, which will certainly going to mobilize in a decent amount of Moolah in the theatres giving loads of collection.
So, counting on the good pre-buzz for the film, one can expect a decent collection on the day one followed by much higher than expected collection at the 1st weekend collection. Hence the first day collection for the film will certainly going to touch around 30 crores on the day one following by similar amount of figures in the first weekend. Also, the film would not take much time to enter the 100 crores collection and needless to say that it will do better the previously released film of SRK called Dilwale.
The Maneesh Sharma directed film featuring Shriya Pilgaonkar, Yogendra Tiku and Walucha De Souza along with Shah Rukh Khan in the dual lead roles would be certainly a big grocer of 2016. One can expect this film to be the big release of 2016 for many reasons. In fact for SRK and Company, it would be a rather good opportunity to earn more in domestic along with the overseas collection as there is no other rival release as it was the case with Dilwale released last Christmas and the upcoming Raees against the Salman Khan starrer – Sultan.
