Rashami Desai’s comment on Umar Riaz’s personal life made his fans angry, actress files a harassment complain
Umar Riaz has been trending on Twitter since Rashami Desai made a comment on his personal life in an interview. The actress, who had a unique bond with Umar within the Bigg Boss 15 house, recently implied in an interview that Umar may not be single, and fans don’t like it.
In a recent interview, when Rashami was asked about her bond with Umar, she said, “Umar might be having someone in his life as he is a very private person. We respect each other’s boundaries. I understand people love to see me with Umar, and I respect that. We are just friends and the kind of bond we have, is where we keep fighting a lot and having disagreements, though we fight the friendship is always the same.”
However, Umar’s fans didn’t like Rashmi’s statement and they started slamming her for it. A user wrote, “Who the hell is she to comment on Umar’s personal life! When Umar himself said he is single!! Like wtf ,is she trying to prove by doing this all?? P.S: Ab aa jayenge sare umar ko blame karne,cheater dhokebaaz bolke abuse krne as expected ?!! (sic)”
Many of his fans claimed that he is not answerable to anyone and he is single. Recently, when Rashami was asked if she had any feelings for Umar during her Bigg Boss 15, she said, “No we are good friends and friends like family nothing beyond that. I know you all love our bond and we truly appreciate that.”

I had said it from day 1- her entry was to mess with Umar’s game and help her bestie Teja win it. And now look, both are in the same show and she is making music videos and chilling with people whom Umar made a bond with. She used him to revive her career.

Now Rashami has reached out to Mumbai police over the Tweets and urged them to look into the matter as she alleged Umar’s fans were “harassing” her by “dragging” her family into it.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Rashami is currently seen on Naagin 6 and her performance has been widely appreciated on social media.
