Actress Alia Bhatt surprised everyone when she unveiled her first look as Sita in SS Rajamouli’s upcoming mega movie RRR. Alia nailed the look as she looks simple yet elegant in the poster. The actress had draped a green saree with a golden border along with a red blouse and she is seen to be sitting against an idol of Lord Ram.
The movie marks Alia Bhatt’s big debut in the Tollywood industry. And there are reports of Alia Bhatt getting paid Rs 6 crore to essay this role. This is such a huge amount and none of the actresses of the south has been paid this big despite playing the lead.
But Alia Bhatt has proven with her brilliant performance, that she is exceptional. Her movies like Raazi, Gully Boy, Highway and many more say a lot about what she brings to the table. RRR is a period action drama and the film is penned by Baahulbali writer KV Vijayendra Prasad. The film also stars Olivia Morris, Ajay Devgn, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, Chatrapathi Sekhar and Shriya Saran in pivotal roles.
