The action scene involved a stunt car rigged to remain suspended in mid-air above the set. During execution, the mechanical mechanism suddenly malfunctioned, causing the heavy vehicle to break loose and crash down to the ground.
According to reports, the car landed just a foot away from Hashmi’s face. The unexpected fall stunned the entire cast and crew, as an impact from that height and distance could have easily caused severe or life-threatening injuries. Fortunately, the star escaped the frightening incident completely unharmed.
