Eijaz Khan opens up on meeting Pavitra Punia’s parents, says ‘I had sweaty palms and was a little awkward’
Love birds Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia have been giving us major couple goals for a quite some time now. And we couldn’t agree more on the fact that they look so adorable together, since their Bigg Boss journey to their love packed PDA outside. But from being vocal about their feelings for each other the duo have now taken a big step and it’s not marriage. It’s the meeting of parents and recently in an interview Eijaz Khan opened up about how nervous he was after meeting his lady love’s parents.
Eijaz told TOI, “I had already met her brother in Mumbai. So this time, I met her mom and her dad. We spent some time together, and they were very welcoming. I didn’t feel that I was meeting them for the first time, probably because they have seen too much of me in Bigg Boss.” He added, “It was nice, but next time I will open up a bit more. I had sweaty palms and was a little awkward. But I had already told Pavitra that if there are awkward silences, jump in and start talking.”
He also talked about the marriage plans with Pavitra, “Abhi bahut papad belne hain shaadi ke liye. Shaadi inshallah hogi, aur bahut sahi waqt pe hogi. We are keeping our fingers crossed and if all goes well, Pavitra and I will get married this year. Abhi humare ghar waale bahut phaile hue hain, pehle unhe samet le and then we will think about marriage” he said.
