This Friday, you have a solo release, which comes in the form of Drishyam starring Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran and Tabu in the lead roles. The film has created some amount of buzz in the media, also the promotion has been okay for the film, which can help the film to earn a decent opening. Though the filmmakers or even the lead star – Ajay Devgn is not looking for an early 100 crore collection, yet sooner or later it can make its feat. However, the earlier released film – Bahubali and Bajrangi Bhaijaan seems to be doing better over the box office, which may come in its way hampering its collection.
As per experts, the film is likely to make a collection of around 8 to 10 crores on its first day with a bit of growth in the coming weekend with a total crossing the figure of 30 crores at the end of the first weekend. However, the weekdays are likely to get an average collection. The film is based on a murder mystery of Tabu’s son who is playing the character of a cop in it. The film is not a huge budget movie, which means even with average collection it can have the capacity to do better over the box office.
