As per the sources, the incident triggered when Sony was gone outside along with her friends to hang out in the outskirts of​ Versova ​Mumbai. Mean while when she along with her friends were about to leave that place, suddenly her Boyfriend dragged her into the car and they both started fighting. But when Sony’s friends interrupted in between the two then she said ‘It’s our personal matter, stay out of it’ and soon someone called up the police and they all were took to the police station at Versova. A case is registered against the offense.
